Refund policy

We always hope you fall in love with your newly purchased jewelry, but understand when a piece may not be exactly right.  We will issue a free 30-day return and refund for the full purchase amount of the item(s).  For us to accept the return, the jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. The return window is 30 days from the date your item was delivered.  Please return the item in all original packaging (tags, pouch, and box).

Approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return package.

Custom orders are final sale and are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please email lydia@thelylalook.com within two weeks of delivery with photographs of your order.  We will send you a prepaid return label.
